How Stress Affects Our Lives and How to Help Control It

stress

In our very hectic daily lives, we all experience the increasing demands to not only make ends meet but to also try to get ahead and be able to retire and enjoy the rest of our lives in a healthier way.  As we reach that point in our lives, we all are faced with having to work harder and longer in order to be able to enjoy the rest of our lives.  According to the American Institution of Stress, job stress is the major source of stress for American adults which has escalated progressively over the past few decades.  There has been a 20% increase with having to juggle our jobs with our personal lives; a 6% increase with people experiencing job security (I believe this will significantly increase); 28% increase with issues dealing with co-workers; and 46% increase due to the workload (which is due to more workers being forced to take on more responsibilities while some are being laid off).  The increased levels of job stress causes loss of control dealing with the increased demands to perform our jobs and continue working well past our retirement age. These demands have been associated with increased rates of heart attack, hypertension and other disorders.

There are many common signs and symptoms of stress which are too numerous to mention here.  However, many have experienced mood swings, headaches, clenching or grinding of teeth, neck ache, back pain, muscle spasms, frequent urination, sweating, colds, infections, dry mouth, chest pain, panic attacks and reduced ability to efficiently work productively and cope with just every day living.

As a legal assistant specializing in medical malpractice cases, I personally have experienced many cases in which people have been subjected to harmful prescription drugs and procedures.  I, too, have dealt with  many of the above symptoms, mostly due to the stress at work.  There are many over-the-counter drugs which are supposed to be “FDA approved and safe.”  However, we all know of the many side effects these so called “safe” drugs cause leading to even more drugs prescribed to fight or control the new side effects of those drugs causing a continuous chain of drugs, symptoms and damage to our bodies.  If you don’t believe me, just watch and listen to the commercials!

Naturally, not everyone takes these prescription drugs and believe in a more organic way of controlling their symptoms.  I am one of those who have been taking herbal products for years controlling my symptoms and with no harmful side effects.  As I found out, not all herbal products are 100% organic and safe even though they claim to be.

I hope this information helps you.  I would be happy to talk with you personally about Zija’s Moringa Oleifera products such as SmartMix, SuperMix and XM+Energy vitamin and nutrient supplement taken daily to provide your body with safe organic product.

Please check out my new store at BevsHealthBlog.com/shop coming on or before January 1, 2015 for these healthy, organic products.
