You Can Break Through What’s Holding You Back!

Happiness Ever notice how some of the most eye-opening moments in life occur when the going gets tough? Rough patches are scary but they can also be very transforming. When we face what’s holding us back, we open ourselves up to a brilliant new way of life. A person can live years with an obstructed view of the world around them. Many believe things that are actually false but  believe them to be true. Holding onto things that really don’t matter and not letting go is unhealthy. When you experience a breakthrough, you have a shift in your understanding of the world. We live better because our outlook has caught up with reality. Sometimes breakthroughs may feel unpleasant both before and after your thinking changes, making you feel trapped. Many times we feel there is no way out; however, if you had a way out, the internal pressure wouldn’t become sufficient enough to force you to make changes. In order to sustain your breakthrough, you must deliberately focus and build on it. By tackling the problems which threaten to pull you back into your old fear-based patterns, you must sustain a new insight by eliminating whatever threatens to cloud your vision and to regress. Persevere Through Failure Failure simply brings you one step closer to success. Entrepreneurs view failure as a natural part of the process you have to go through while in pursuit of success and knows the entire economy is built on the cycle of risk and reward, therefore without risk there is no reward. By constantly reminding yourself of your new insights, your thoughts, moods and your whole life will change. Don’t be afraid to believe that even if you don’t think something matters, it really does. No matter what, just keep believing, trying and focusing on what you want and it will happen. A small shift in your life will make a huge difference on the outcome. It’s important to be flexible in your daily schedules and not to over plan and schedule everything because then they become overwhelming obligations and you feel guilty if you stumble across something fun and pleasurable. Take that time to really enjoy something you like to do or do something spontaneous like pulling over at an estate sale. Life happens right now – not always like we plan it. When we are so obsessed over getting everything done on time, getting to our next destination, we don’t always hear the things we need to hear. By discovering that life isn’t something we’re supposed to master, but an adventure to enjoy and experience, you start worrying less about what you should be doing and become aware of what you are doing. In life we have to sometimes fail at something in order to figure out what we need to do in order to do it better next time. We have the choice to let things get us down or use them to propel us forward and become a better person. When you find yourself fearful of facing a job interview, meeting new people or making that important change in your life, just do it and you will find that each time it will get easier and better and how the heavy things will feel much lighter. Always remember that there are many things that you do that others can’t.
